Pump protection system

It could monitor the running current of pump in real time. Based on the operation characteristics of pump, it could detect overload, blocking, dry friction (no-load), loss of phase & three-phase unbalance operation & offer protection, so that the pump could shut down automatically in a state of no-liquid, or interruption of liquid, which effectively avoids dry friction and ineffective operation of mechanical rotary & stationary seal rings, and greatly prolong the lifetime of equipment.
Liquid level control system

It could monitor the liquid level in real time. Based on the liquid level fluctuation, it could control the pump automatically,without operator nearby. Meanwhile the system could protect the pump in case of over-current or short circuit. And the system also could make the pump shut down automatically in the state of low liquid level, while it could activate the pump in the state of high liquid level, which would effectively protect the pump, reduce the energy consumption, greatly prolong the lifetime of equipment.
Auto-protection system of water backflushing of mechanical seal

It could detect (in real time)flow, temperature rise, pressure of water back-flushing of mechanical seal, as well as the liquid level of buffer (isolation) etc parameters, meanwhile it could realize automatic intelligent control of pump, so as to alarm,shut down & activate the pump automatically.
Wireless intelligent monitor terminal

Wireless intelligent monitor terminal adopts 32-digital advanced Micro Processor based on ARM Cortex-M, which integrates protection, detection, control, alarm,communication.It owns several functions of data collection, data calculation & processing, interface display in Chinese, abnormal alarm of data etc. The intelligent terminal could realize data collection in real time via AI analog module, and transmit data to theplatform via GPRS communication.
